Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Collaboration within development teams to ensure the effective introduction and ramp-up of new products and technologies into front-end production
  • Develop and optimize process concepts to improve stability, yield, reliability and production costs
  • Root cause analysis and definition of sustainable corrective measures in the event of process deviations
  • Maintenance of existing process blocks and implementation of improvement measures
  • Decision-making regarding the release of production-ready goods and the use of statistical methods for yield planning and improvement
  • Product-related evaluation and interpretation of electrical characterisations of various power technologies
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for production, quality management, the business unit and our back-end sites

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • A degree in a science or technical subject, specialising in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, chemistry, mathematics or a similar field
  • 3+ years professional experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in using methods and tools for statistical analysis and data processing
  • A team-oriented mindset and experience in cross-functional coordination
  • Transparent and respectful communication at all levels
  • A structured and precise approach to work
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German would be an advantage

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
