Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Evaluate deviations in frontend manufacturing processes for low-voltage MOSFET products
- Optimize frontend manufacturing processes for low-voltage MOSFET products (cost reduction, yield enhancement)
- Establish new low-voltage MOSFET products, moving them from development into frontend mass production
- Manage the volume ramp-up of new low-voltage MOSFET technologies
- Transfer established low-voltage MOSFET products between frontend manufacturing sites
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A university degree in (Technical) Chemistry, (Technical) Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a University of Applied Sciences (FH) degree specializing in Microelectronics
- Relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry; alternatively, a completed PhD thesis or PostDoc in a related field
- Strong digitalization skills, including proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Excel VBA) and database extraction (SQL)
- Independent and self-organized work style driven by a vital interest in technical and scientific subjects
- Proven team player with a helpful, open-minded, and appreciative communication style
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
