Business Process Engineer*

TASKS
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Responsible to break down complex business and technical challenges/projects into manageable components, apply structured problem-solving techniques, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating operational and regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Understand and interpret second-line requirements from Compliance, AML, Tax, FATCA, and other regulatory functions, and translate them into clear business and system requirements.
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Create and maintain process diagrams
- Identify process pain points and develop strategic, data-driven solutions.
- Connect the dots between processes, systems, and data, ensuring alignment and traceability.
- Perform data analysis and build dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Work with low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform to prototype and implement process solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies such as AI, autonomous AI agents, and Copilots, and assess their impact on business processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive organizational change, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.
- Communicate effectively across teams, fostering a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
PROFILE
- Proven experience in business process engineering or process improvement, with a track record of successful initiative execution.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and influence system architecture, data flows, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques.
- Understanding of AI technologies, including autonomous agents and Copilot integrations.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
- Flexible and resilient, with the ability to drive change in complex environment.

- Stakeholder Management (cross department and cross country).

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at EUR 45.811,22 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
