Product Manager Silicon MOSFETs (f/m/div)

As Product Manager you will take over global business responsibility for discrete MOSFETs with focus on Small Signal products.

In your new role you will:

  • Manage and develop a business strategy for the product portfolio to ensure the best positioning in the marketplace and drive revenue growth and increase profitability
  • Analyze the market and competitive environment to gain an extensive understanding of the business
  • Engage and build strategic relationships with key and channel customers
  • Deliver product launches and training to wide internal and external audiences
  • Represent the Product Line to internal and external partners worldwide
  • Be responsible for an accurate volume/revenue planning (short term and long-term) and demand forecasting in collaboration with sales, marketing and distribution partners
  • Manage pricing strategy and quote management and contribute to improving operational cost
  • Manage customers' expectations in terms of lead time, deliveries, and allocation
  • Extend prompt product support for business operations to customers, regional marketing and sales teams

In addition, you define yourself as a proactive and self-driven character with a sense and passion for business and you are not shying away to go the extra mile to strive for the best possible result. Furthermore, you have a great sense of setting ambitious goals, taking ownership and making timely decisions.

Your toolkit for success includes:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development or related functions
  • A university master or at least bachelor's degree preferred in electrical engineering or microelectronics
  • Alternatively a university degree in economics with a strong familiarity of the semiconductor or electronics market environment
  • The ability to effectively communicate business information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers
  • The capability to collaborate and build trusted relationships with Application Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, Sales and Distribution Partners among others
  • The competence to a nalyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Full English proficiency. German language skills are a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-wages-blue-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
