Principal Engineer Analog mixed signal Design (f/m/div)

As a Principal Engineer Analog & Mixed-Signal Design for Power Supply Applications, you will be responsible for the development of innovative power management IPs/subsystems for industrial, consumer, and automotive products. In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for the Design of the IPs/subsystems for a variety of internal customers (industrial, consumer and automotive products), particular in the field of power management
  • Contribute to the definition of requirements together with the Product Definition Engineer and the Concept Engineer; also bring your inputs in the technical feasibility studies
  • Plan design work packages and act as the interface of the Project Manager and all other project functions, such as Test Development, Component Verification, Application Engineering, etc.
  • Design and verify analog/ mixed signal circuit blocks, while guaranteeing documentation compliance according to the development flow
  • Support layout and pre-Silicon and post-Silicon verification of the device, according to the design flow
  • Provide technical support and share knowledge with other Analog &Mixed-Signal Design experts at Infineon
  • Innovate with new ideas contributing to patents, demonstrators and process optimization with focus on time to market

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A Master's degree or PhD in Electronics Engineering or similar or equivalent degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in analog/ mixed signal design
  • A structured working style and seek high quality standards for yourself and for others.
  • Strong communication skills, know how to establish lasting relationships, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.
  • Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits (i.e. Cadence Virtuoso, HSpice, …)
  • Demonstrated strong technical leadership capabilities
  • Basic knowledge in programming
  • Fluency in English

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
