We are looking for a Hydraulic Design & CFD Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our Hydraulic Engineering team in the Pump Technology Center in Graz. Your tasks
- Coordination of hydraulic developments
- Carrying out theoretical studies
- Preparation and execution of CFD simulations
- Guidance and support along test stand measurements
- Evaluation of test results to simultaneously close the feedback loop between theory and practice
- Further development of testing technologies in close cooperation with our testing experts
- Improvement of hydraulic components regarding efficiency, cavitation, etc.
- Design of hydraulic components (impellers, spiral casings, suction elbows, return channels, sealing labyrinths,...)
- Preparation of reports and papers
Your profile
- Technical education (University / University of Applied Sciences)
- Expertise in "Hydraulic turbomachinery"
- Experience in CFD
- Programming skills (OOP, Python, VBA, etc.)
- Knowledge in measurement technology
- Responsible and open to new things, as well as inquisitive
- High level of reliability and integrity, combined with a determined, goal‑oriented mindset

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of EUR 3.802,93 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
