Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage complex SoC development projects for UWB and security microcontroller
- Be responsible for the project planning, execution and controlling over the project lifecycle
- Lead an interdisciplinary and cross-site project team in a global organization with different locations and cultural backgrounds
- Drive a pro-active risk management, identify possible mitigation options and define appropriate planning scenarios
- Handle the project in a fast and market driven environment with a clear focus on key objectives
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Academic degree in electrical engineering or similar
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry, ideally on microcontroller development
- At least 4 years professional experience as Project Manager, plus a IPMAC certification
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with various subprojects
- Exceptional leadership and coordination skills to steer cross functional and cross organizational teams as well as external partners
- Very self driven with a high degree of communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English skills with German as a plus
The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
