Your challenge
- Set up roadmaps and follow up to further develop our foaming units.
- Monitor and improve our Operations KPIs with methods such as Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, Six Sigma, … and initiate corrective actions if needed
- Project Management: manage site or group projects within defined scope of responsibility (e.g. investments, process data gathering, reporting, …).
- Work closely & Influence factors impacting operational efficiency such as supplier quality, product portfolio and product lead times
- Drive knowledge sharing across production sites through regular on-site collaboration.
- Report and comment on project progress and deviations across the Group.
Your Profile
- Several years of hands-on operational experience, ideally in PU foam industry.
- A degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering or a similar field is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Management and/or Six Sigma.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment

For Austria: The minimum monthly gross salary is EUR 4,270.14 according to the collective agreement for the chemical industry. The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience.
