Your Responsibilities:
As part of our technical operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction:
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily support operations, including ticket queue handling, SLA monitoring, and phone support, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Advanced Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support for complex issues related to Solar and BESS solutions, both remotely and on-site when required.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution and seamless customer support.
- Capability Development: Strengthen the technical capabilities of internal teams and partners through structured training sessions, webinars, and on-site technical workshops.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare work reports, technical summaries, and case documentation to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you bring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in solar, BESS, electrical engineering, or related technical domains
- Proven experience in team coordination or team management
- Strong engineering mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Strong customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
