Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As part of our R&D team, you will ensure seamless management of specification and verification data to support the development of innovative and safe radar sensor technologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional, distributed project teams and contribute to a structured and compliant development process from concept to final release.

  • Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solution proposals aligned on project objectives
  • Administer our requirements management infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate project documentation of related procedures, dataflows, and stakeholder communications to support transparency and knowledge sharing within and above projects
  • Enable the engineering team to manage and deliver their work products, ensuring on-time completion and that defined procedures and quality standards are met
  • Provide comprehensive status reports to stakeholders that clearly convey progress of the project in this area and enable an assessment of target achievement
  • Analyze identified deviations from project timelines and deliverables
  • Propose pragmatic, actionable solutions and corrective measures to address identified risks or delays, enabling ongoing project progress
  • Anticipate future needs and challenges of R&D development projects regarding the management of requirement and verification data and drive respective methodology developments

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field
  • Proven experience in requirement engineering, project management, or a related role, preferably within a development environment
  • Strong (self-)organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Proficient with state-of-the-art ALM and/or requirement management software (e.g., Jama)
  • Experience with Python and CI/CD tools as a plus
  • Solid understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices
  • Experience with IEC61508, ISO26262 or similar compliant product development projects as a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-site, cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
