Ready to raise the bar in global manufacturing?
In the role of Senior Expert Manufacturing within Winter Sports Operations, you'll collaborate with plant leadership and senior operations management to accelerate performance and deliver lasting impact across our manufacturing sites worldwide.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Roll out manufacturing strategies alongside the global winter sports manufacturing leader.
- Partner with plant managers to hit operational and performance targets.
- Consolidate and analyze metrics across sites for full transparency and alignment.
- Shape long-term plans with cross-industry manufacturing expertise.
- Define and drive improvement priorities for each production site.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for plant leaders on operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with WSO (Winter Sports Operations) leadership to turn opportunities into results.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in a global environment.
- Deep understanding of production processes, Lean principles, and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills and experience consolidating performance metrics.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- High learning agility and engagement, with strong motivation to grow, take ownership, and develop into a role with increasing responsibility.
- Willing to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English; German would be a strong asset.
