Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Planning, estimating, and executing mixed-signal floorplans for IP macros and subsystems
- Driving analog full-custom layout implementation, from block level to top level
- Performing layout verification and ensuring compliance with design and reliability rules
- Collaborating closely with circuit designers to meet performance- and area targets
- Coordinating with subsystem and top-level layout teams to ensure seamless integration
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A higher technical School (HTL) / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
- Experience in RF and analog full custom layout
- Good understanding of layout techniques for integrated analog circuits, such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding and IR-drop as well as all kinds of layout dependent effects (LDE) in deep submicron technologies
- Knowledge of CAD tools for physical design (Cadence, Mentor)
- Unix/Linux OS experience
- Good English Skills with German Skills as a plus
We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of EUR 4.341,85 (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
