We are seeking an experienced and technology-savvy Technical Project Specialist with a focus on water management to join our team in Ludesch/Vorarlberg.
In this newly created role, you will lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater facilities for new and existing sites, ensuring sustainable and efficient solutions
You will plan and lead cross-functional projects involving both internal Red Bull departments and Copacker partners. From initial concept to execution, you will manage project scopes, timelines, and outcomes. Organizing and facilitating project meetings and workshops, you'll drive alignment, capture requirements, and ensure seamless execution. With a clear end-to-end perspective, you'll identify cross-functional impacts, manage dependencies, and guarantee successful project delivery within a collaborative environment.
You will design, improve, and execute the realization process for water and wastewater solutions. You oversee installation, configuration, and integration with existing infrastructure to ensure functionality and quality, defining and refining ramp-up scenarios and procedures to deliver projects on time and within budget.
The collaboration with Red Bull Operations and strategic partners to pinpoint bottlenecks and streamline end-to-end water and wastewater management is key in this role. You will design and implement processes that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and lift productivity while safeguarding quality and sustainability.
Keeping track of the latest technologies and trends, engaging vendors, and visiting sector-specific fairs to benchmark solutions is also part of this position. Furthermore, you will evaluate and select tools, platforms, and systems that meet performance goals and sustainability criteria, ensuring we adopt the best available technology for our needs.
You will proactively assess risks across scope, safety, quality, schedule, cost, and implement practical mitigation strategies. In addition, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and security protocols throughout design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2603,59 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
