Are you looking to kick off your career in product management and help shape cutting-edge technologies? As a Junior Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Product Manager to move the zenon software platform forward. With a strong interest in technology, an eye for trends, and a structured mindset, you'll add value throughout the process -- from requirements analysis to implementation.

Your key responsibilities 

  • Collecting and structuring requirements from the market and customer projects
  • Working closely with product management and development teams
  • Supporting the maintenance of the product roadmap and contributing your own ideas
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
  • Creating technical specifications in collaboration with subject-matter experts
  • Supporting agile processes and organizing usability tests

Your qualifications 

  • Completed degree or vocational training with a technical background, and education or experience in software development or product management
  • Strong interest in technology, automation, and software solutions, particularly in areas such as IT/OT convergence, containerized infrastructures, and fieldbus communication (e.g. Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
  • Solid basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity
  • Initial experience with agile methods
  • Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a high level of self-responsibility
  • Very good English skills; French is a plus

Depending on professional experience, this position is at least classified according to the IT collective agreement in ST1/entry level. The final gross salary is in line with the market and is based on your training, qualifications and experience.
