Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Calibration Support: Maintain the equipment list, schedule calibration services, and manage filing of calibration certificates
• Procurement Management: Set up and handle purchase requests and POs in the ERP system, monitor deliveries and invoices, and ensure availability of consumables and spare parts
• Lab Logistics: Manage daily lab activities such as bookings, access control, visitor coordination, and shipments
• Documentation: Maintain organized documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, logs, and records, while preparing reports and audit materials

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in afield from the technical disciplines, Economics, Business Administration, Media and Communication or from related areas
• Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Data Analytics: Proficiency or familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), along with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
