We are looking for a forward-thinking and strategic Manager - Warehouse Automation & Intralogistics Engineering to lead, develop, and transform our automation and intralogistics operations.
In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive automation strategy, ensuring alignment with Red Bull's global business goals. You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage key projects, foster cross-functional collaboration, and implement innovative automation solutions to optimize warehouse operations, material flow, and inventory management.

You will develop and execute a strategic roadmap for automation initiatives that support beverage production, warehouse operations, intralogistics, material flow, and inventory management. This includes evaluating and implementing cutting-edge solutions such as AS/RS, AGVs, and conveyance, picking and loading automation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize projects. You will also create and maintain a knowledge base of norms, regulations, and permit requirements, while establishing planning guidelines and improving standards.
Together with your team, you ensure the installation, integration, and management of automation systems, guaranteeing seamless alignment with existing infrastructure. This includes managing project execution processes, delivering solutions on time and within budget, and refining test scripts and procedures to ensure quality and functionality. You will also build and maintain a network of trusted suppliers, develop customized tenders and contracts, and collaborate with internal teams such as Construction, Legal, and Procurement.
You will work with internal departments and external partners to identify areas for automation, designing and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and boost productivity. Staying informed about the latest automation technologies and sustainability trends, you will select tools and systems that align with Red Bull's goals. This includes attending industry fairs to identify innovative solutions and ensuring the selected technologies are future-proof.
You will partner with internal stakeholders--including teams in Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Quality Management, IT, and Local Operations--to ensure business requirements are translated into actionable automation solutions and integrated seamlessly into operations.
You will assess risks associated with engineering and automation projects, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
You will define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation projects, regularly reporting progress, outcomes, and Return on Investment (ROI) to Red Bull leadership.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
