Your Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional work to execute sustainability objectives and goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and report ESG KPIs
- Support data collection and management within our ESG software
- Contribute to data quality assurance and internal controls processes
- Support alignment of INNIO corporate disclosures with ESG established frameworks, reporting standards, KPIs, taxonomies, operational & environmental guidelines, and capital market trends and expectations
- Support reporting transition from GRI to EU reporting standards (ESRS, CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
- Support corporate disclosure cycles, including annual sustainability reports and corresponding audits
- Participate in formal ESG rating and assessment processes for INNIO Group
- Monitor and analyse international sustainability landscape to ensure INNIO's compliance with evolving external requirements and trends
Your Profile:
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration; Degree in a sustainability-related field is beneficial (e.g. Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or similar)
- First experience in a related field
- Good understanding of ESG topics and their increasing relevance
- Good knowledge of non-financial reporting standards (ESRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD)
- Experience with data collection, management, and analysis
- Experience with Scopes 1, 2, and 3 GHG emission calculations (GHG Protocol) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly collaborative team player
- Experience with project management, organised and happy working independently
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; German language skills are an advantage
