Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain hardware-based E&I systems (sensors, actuators, field instrumentation)
- Installation, calibration, and testing of measurement and control devices on-site
- Support F A T (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) internationally
- Coordinate technical requirements with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
- Collaborate with PLC/SCADA and automation teams to integrate hardware and software solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize measurement and control circuits
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Document instrumentation layouts, wiring diagrams, and testing procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or comparable technical background
- Strong hands-on experience in E&I / instrumentation / field hardware
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial measurement and control systems
- Knowledge of analog/digital sensors, actuators, transmitters, relays, and control loops
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus)
- Ability to read and create wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and loop schematics
- Siemens certifications are a plus but not mandatory - they can be acquired internally
- Very good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
