Service Partner Enablement Specialist (m/f)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Enablement Specialist to strengthen our service partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support the Service Partner Enablement Manager in mapping, evaluating, and developing our partner network, ensuring partners are fully equipped to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry professionals, drive partner engagement, and contribute directly to our business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the Service Partner Enablement Manager in maintaining service partner map data and publishing updates.
- Support service partner capability evaluations, ensuring accuracy of user profiles and partner information.
- Handle service partner enablement tasks under the guidance of the Partner Enablement Manager.
- Assist in the certification process, including document checks and compliance verification.
- Contribute to building and operating partner capability development programs.
- Support tracking and managing overall partner delivery and maintenance satisfaction data.
- organize partner training activities and capability-building initiatives.
- Assist in managing partner delivery and/or maintenance satisfaction, including data tracking and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, or similar.
- Experience in electrical systems, PV technology, solar panels, or renewable energy is a big plus.
- Great organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office; partner management tools are a plus.
- Fluent in English and German (other languages are an advantage).
