Job Description

• Collaborate with internal R&D teams to identify and analyze project requirements
• Prepare inquiries and tender documents based on project scope and material strategy
• Communicate clearly with procurement colleagues to ensure timely responses and efficient processes
• Define all requirements and specifications during the transition from "sample" to "production-ready"
• Ensure supply continuity during project execution
• Monitor change activities to protect the company from potential supplier claims
• Quickly and accurately identify problems and report on status and required actions
• Lead all procurement-related functions within the project, including purchasing, contract management, supplier documentation management, and material management for assigned projects

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-tech environment
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively across departmental boundaries
• Experience with project and risk management methods and tools
• Ability to analyze bills of materials and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Very good command of English
