Engineering Reporting & Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
This position is part of Engineering controlling department which is separated into project management office (PMO) & Engineering operations. It requires high cross-functional interaction across various business departments ensuring efficient processes & execution within Engineering. At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Engineering PMO Reporting Landscape
- Drive creation of new Management Reports and enhancement of existing ones
- Develop and maintain O365 landscape and solutions for Engineering Controlling, thereof specifically Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio
- Drive creation and implementation of AI solutions
- Ownership of Engineering Sharepoint Environment
- Co-ownership of Engineering Planning Landscape in ServiceNow, driving enhancements and being SPOC for critical stakeholders
- Support Engineering Departments on process improvements around named tools and software
- Support Operations Management team in daily tasks, as budget planning, project execution, process management and procurement
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Economics form an accredited university or college
- Professional experience in Engineering Controlling area or similar jobs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; integrative team working style
- Business fluent in German and/or English language (verbally and written)
- Affinity for technical and commercial topics to optimize products and processes
- Like working in an international environment and dynamic team
- Experience with O365 landscape, ServiceNow, Tableau, Oracle, Dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI)
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.728,36 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
