Job description
Leading complex product development projects, you will take full responsibility for achieving project targets. You adeptly navigate the entire project life-cycle, while cultivating and motivating diverse, cross-functional teams through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead complex product development projects, ensuring all targets are met
- Manage entire project lifecycle, serving as main point of contact

- Provide project compliance, accountability, and quality
- Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges
- Conduct forward-looking risk management in collaboration with stakeholders
Profile
You thrive on staying updated with the latest technologies. Your collaborative nature enables you to think and work effectively in teams. Your inspiring skills in negotiation and communication empower you to drive projects successfully and make prompt decisions.
Your toolkit for success includes:
- A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
- At least 4 years of experience in project management for mixed-signal ICs
- E xpertise in product development, encompassing project initiation, planning, reporting, and documentation
- Presentation skills and self-confidence
- Fluent English skills
Nice to have:
- Project management certification (e.g. IPMA D/C)
- German language skills
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
