The opportunity
We're currently looking for a Polestar Specialist with start February 2024. Someone to join our Space in order to deliver an educational, immersive and exciting experience to all of our current and future customers. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. Polestar has a new take on automotive retail, unlike conventional car dealerships or showrooms, Polestar Spaces are carefully designed, unique retail environments. Our Spaces are centrally located, staffed with product specialists, and echoing the design language of everything Polestar. This position will be located at our new space in Graz.
The Space team is Polestar's front line and is the brand advocate and supports their mission by creating memorable experiences for our visitors. As Polestar Specialist, you will ensure that visitors are inspired and supported to learn about Polestar from the moment they enter our Space. Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll ensure that visitors are inspired and supported to learn about Polestar from the moment they enter our Space. - Schedule test drives and follow up on customers by walking them through the purchasing process
- Act as a role model of Polestar's culture and behaviours
- Perform excellent handover of vehicles and ensure high standards in customer experience from purchase to ownership
The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. Curious. Creative. Enthusiastic. You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen - never settling for just the status quo. To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but you probably have:
- More than one year of experience in a client-oriented retail environment
- Fluent in German, English is an advantage
- Valid driving license, an acceptable safe driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
The minimum salary for this position is 35,000 EUR gross p.a., with willingness to overpay depending on your experience, competencies and qualifications.
