Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Renewable Energies

Your tasks:

• Conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research and analysis
• Assisting in the development of business opportunities in existing markets as well as new markets
• Profound relationship management with local project managers and country managers in alignment with the group head of development
• Supporting the local project development activities
• Exploring and monitoring new business cases / new markets in the energy sector (including, but not limited to renewable electricity generation; e.g. energy services, energy management, new technologies, i.e. storage, hydrogen)
• Manage shareholder interest in Joint Ventures (to support decision making of Senior Management)
• Identification and negotiation of partnership agreements
• Monitoring and coordination of development partnerships

Your qualifications:

• Technical and/or economic university degree with focus on energy economics and energy technologies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a business developer, project developer or sales manager in the renewable energy industry
• Experience in project management processes
• International working experience is an advantage
• High affinity for technical and energy issues as well as exceptional analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit
• Perfect English skills are mandatory, Spanish, Italian, French, or any other Eastern European language would be considered as an advantage
• Dedicated personality and strong team player with the willingness to take over responsibility
• Willingness to travel
