Global Quality Management ensures the highest quality standards throughout the entire value chain, starting with the raw material, through production to the distribution of our products. In close cooperation with other departments, we ensure product conformity and safety. In addition, we strive to set new industry standards through continuous improvement.
Joining our team as trainee, you'll gather fundamental knowledge on the Red Bull Operations processes. You're going to be developed to a professional having the full E2E view on Global Quality Management - from raw material approval - to finished products.
Home base of this trainee position is Elsbethen. As part of a job rotation, you're also going to stay in Ludesch/Vorarlberg for several weeks or months (est. 3-5 months).
You'll be supporting the approval of raw & packaging material in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders. To increase transparency of our approval system, you might be involved in an improvement project.
You'll support the preparation and implementation of copacker and/or packaging supplier audits. To ensure compliance, you'll check production guidelines (e. g. SOPs) against lived processes and follow up with corrective actions and their successful implementation.
You'll review the global process for retain sample storage and provision and recommend a clear systematic to be globally rolled out/applied as a standard (new SOP) at all our filling plants worldwide.
You'll engage in the further definition and implementation of our Quality KPI/reporting model.
Finally, you might be engaged in one of our exciting risk management activities within Global Quality Management.
