Customer Care Manager - Inside Sales (m/f/d)
Focus on Romania + Hungary | Full-time | Vienna Office
Your Responsibilities
- Providing technical and commercial support to our existing customers in Romania and Hungary
- Serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email
- Advising and supporting customers throughout photovoltaic projects - from the initial inquiry through implementation
- Preparing quotes and independently processing orders
- Planning PV systems using our in-house planning tool, AEROTOOL
- Maintaining customer and project data in our ERP and CRM systems
- Working closely with the field sales team and other departments
- Occasionally visiting customers or attending trade shows in the regions you support
Your Profile
- Completed technical education or training (apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, or equivalent), ideally in construction engineering, metalworking, electrical engineering, or renewable energy
- Alternatively, relevant professional experience in technical inside sales or a comparable position
- Excellent Romanian and Hungarian skills as well as good written and spoken German and/or English
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for advising customers
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a professional demeanor

Salary
The actual minimum salary is 3,200 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
Overtime
Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
We believe that strong performance should be fairly rewarded. Therefore, the actual salary will be based on professional qualifications and experience.
