HSSE Coordinator (m/f/d)
Are you on it?
- Ensuring HSSE Compliance: You implement and monitor compliance with Austrian legislation, internal standards and client requirements across warehouse and data centre operations, ensuring clarity and reliability in all processes.
- Audits & Risk Management: Conduct site inspections, safety walks and audits, perform risk assessments and ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Operational Safety Coordination: Oversee safety aspects in logistics operations such as material handling, loading activities, transport processes and contractor management in dynamic environments.
- Training & Safety Culture: Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions while fostering an open, learning-oriented safety culture where continuous improvement is encouraged.
- Incident Management & Reporting: Investigate incidents and near misses, track KPIs and develop action plans, ensuring transparency and measurable progress in HSSE performance.
Your profile
- Professional Qualification: Completed technical education or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: You bring relevant experience in HSSE/EHS within logistics, industrial, construction or data centre environments.
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and Austrian regulations combined with a hands-on approach.
- Language Skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Personal Strengths: You are structured, communicative and proactive, take responsibility for your actions and inspire others to contribute to a strong and collaborative safety culture.

Salary
The starting salary for this position is EUR46,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
