Channel Development Manager & Field Force Lead

What You'll Be Doing:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic leader to take ownership of channel business development in Energy industry while leading and scaling our field force organization. This role combines partner growth, go-to-market execution, and operational excellence in the field, with a strong focus on revenue generation, market expansion, and partner enablement.

• Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand energy & PV market presence
• Build and manage strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment through joint business plans and performance tracking
• Lead and develop the field force team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring effective execution of go-to-market strategies
• Drive demand generation activities such as events, workshops, and partner enablement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent market execution
• Own pipeline development, deal support, and forecasting accuracy
• Monitor business performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management while identifying opportunities and risks

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
• Experience in channel sales, business development, or field sales leadership
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through partner ecosystems
• Strong leadership experience managing field sales teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
• Fluent in English and German
