Unser Support ist die Schnittstelle zwischen internationalen Vertriebsteams und internen Abteilungen. Das Team unterstützt unser internationales Partnernetzwerk bei technischen Fragen - sowohl in der Vorprojektphase als auch bei bestehenden Intercom-Systemen. Dabei lösen sie komplexe Anfragen rund um VoIP, Video, Netzwerke, IT-Security, Cloud-Technologien und Hardware.

Technical Services Engineer (m/w/d)

Job

• Unterstützung des internationalen Partnernetzwerks bei technischen Fragen in der Vorprojektphase oder bei bereits in Betrieb befindlichen Intercom Systemen - 3rd Level Support
• Bearbeitung komplexer Aufgabenstellungen in Eigenverantwortung (Hard- und Software, VoIP und Video, Cloud-Lösungen, IT-Security, Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsprotokolle, KI basierte Anwendungen, Audio Technologie)
• Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Produkte als Schnittstelle zwischen internationalen Sales Organisationen und internen Teams
• Option für die Mitarbeit im Team der Tech-Academy als Trainer oder bei der Erstellung von Inhalten auf unserer E-Learning Plattform

Skills

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik oder Softwareentwicklung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, FH, TU oä.)
• Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld (IT, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik)
• Begeisterung für die Lösung komplexer, technischer Aufgabenstellungen
• Interesse an neuen Technologien und Methoden
• Eigenverantwortung und -organisation
• Ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft (ca. 3 mal im Jahr)

Gehalt

Wir bieten ein attraktives Gehalt, das über dem KV AngEEI für die Position liegt. (Mindestbruttomonatsgehalt EUR 3.616,50). Wie viel mehr auf dem Gehaltszettel steht, bestimmen Know-How und Erfahrung.
