For the AT-C³ Competence Center, we are seeking a Project Manager Funding & Skills (m/f/d) to further develop innovation projects, coordinate funded initiatives, and drive skills development in the field of microelectronics and chip design.
Project Manager Funding & Skills (m/f/d)
Tasks
Business Development & Project Management
- Develop project concepts for SMEs and startups, in collaboration with our partners
- Coordinate and actively manage innovation and funded projects with customers as well as internal and external partners
- Ensure efficient project execution through structured planning, monitoring, reporting, and communication
- Identify and coordinate expert services within the European Chips Competence Centers network
Funding Projects
- Develop and manage funded (eligible) innovation projects
- Prepare projects for internal and external evaluation boards
- Create and structure project-related documentation, reports, analyses, and presentation materials
- Support internal project steering through regular reporting, evaluations, and performance tracking
Skills & Qualification Development
- Coordinate the Work Package "Skills" in close alignment with consortium partners
- Support and further develop education and training formats for industry, research institutions, and educational organizations
- Identify future competence requirements in the semiconductor sector and contribute to the development of qualification measures
Requirements
- Relevant academic background (e.g., Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Innovation Management, Embedded Electronics or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of project responsibility experience
- Experience in managing funding projects and higher education programs
- Strong business development mindset with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient personality
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1)

Salary
The actual salary amounts to 63,000 EUR gross per year.
Overtime
