Quality Management / Quality Assurance Expert with Experience in ISO 9001:2015 certification (all genders)

Quality Management / Quality Assurance Expert with Experience in ISO 9001:2015 certification (all genders)

Total Quality Management Tasks:

• Support in the monitoring, and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
• Assisting in the preparation and documentation of internal and external audits
• Verification of the accuracy and completeness of laboratory and study documentation
• Oversight of equipment qualification and maintenance (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Development and implementation of quality control procedures and quality assurance
• Training staff on quality control processes
• Update and maintenance of the company wide document management system
• Continuous improvement of company-wide quality management system
• Review and alignment of QM systems components according to the CBmed quality policy
• Assisting the TQM Manager in overall rollout of quality related tasks within the organization

Skills and Abilities:

• Scientific or technical education (university or technical college) or comparable training
• Several years of experience with the ISO certification and sound knowledge of ISO 9001
• Experience in quality assurance (preferably in pharmaceutical environment)
• Preferable experience with ISO 15189 and rollout within entire organizations independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong assertiveness and the ability to initiate changes within the company
• Enjoy structured documentation of processes and results
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness for continuous training in the area of quality management
• Advanced knowledge of project management
• Very good English and German
• Excellent multi-tasking, well structured and precise way of working
• Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Salary

We offer an unlimited contract with a yearly salary from EUR 47000 gross based on 40 hours/week. Overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and work experience. Applications are welcomed on an ongoing basis.
