Junior productmanager (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of our product portfolio
- Spot market trends and analyze competitor activities to shape future strategies
- Take an active role in developing new products and features
- Help plan, organize, and roll out product launches
- Create product documentation, compelling presentations, and engaging sales materials
- Act as a connector between Sales, Marketing, Development, and Production
- Support project management and coordinate with external partners and service providers
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Initial practical experience (e.g. through internships, working student positions, or first professional experience) in product management or marketing is a plus
- Strong analytical and structured way of working
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project or collaboration tools is an advantage

Salary
Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung zwischen 38.000 EUR und 48.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr (auf 40 Stunden Basis). Das Gehalt wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt.
