Head of Quality Management (f/m/d)
Aerospace Industry, Full-time
Job description: In the role as Head of Quality Management you will be an essential part of our management team. Experience in leadership is not required, we welcome applications of senior quality managers that are eager to take the next step in their career. Your tasks will include:
- development of a company wide quality management system
- establish process standards and quality KPIs
- lead and coach the quality team with passion
- perform internal and external audits
- conduct training sessions to elevate quality awareness in the company
Requirements:
- Education (HTL/FH/University) in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
- Experience in space, automotive or aerospace industry is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in quality management and integrated management systems (ISO9001, 14001, ...)
- Experience and knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, ...)
- High level of service and customer orientation, as well as good communication skills
Salary: The minimum salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for the advertised position is from EUR 4.000,- with the willingness to overpay with appropriate professional experience and qualifications.
