Samsung SDI Battery Systems is a global technology leader in e-mobility. Together with our customers in the automotive industry, we develop, test and industrialize innovative Lithium-Ion Battery packs for hybrid and electric vehicles.

The technology center of Samsung SDI Battery Systems is located in Kalsdorf, Austria, close to Graz.

Your core responsibilities are:

• Leading the design and development of new products together with the associated mechanical and electrical component features from concept to post-production

Defining design development strategies

Ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives

Managing cross-functional teams

What you need is:

• Higher education qualification or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in product development and in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to production
• Excellent communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluency in English, German skill is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align product development strategies with business objectives
• Experience in product development methodologies and project management practices

Our offer for you:

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/all-in) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 91.000--

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
