Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Documentation Support: Support the documentation and enablement infrastructure team in creating and reviewing technical documents by defining processes and workflows
- Issue Resolution: Perform visual tasks, reporting and solving tools-related issues
- Documentation Standards: Follow established documentation standards and formatting guidelines
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity in technical documentation
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional team members to gather input and feedback on documentation and processes
- Reporting: Document and report issues or areas for improvement regarding processes, tools and technical documentation

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time or Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Motivated and committed student (f/m/div) from the field of Information Design, Technical Communication, Languages or a related field (students from other disciplines are welcome to apply)
- Formatting Skills: High attention to detail, especially in formatting and visual representation
- Working Style: Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work within defined processes
- Multitasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
